Policies and Tuition

We are now enrolling for our 2024/2025 season! Classes begin Sept. 3rd and end May 16th.

DANCE TUITION (2024-2025 Season)

Dance Registration Fee: $69/student. Our New Dancer Kit is included with your registration fee. This includes: Twinkle Case or Dance Bag ($25 value), Twinkle Bear with matching tutu dress or tux ($29 value) or studio t-shirt  ($40 value), Pair of Tights ($12 value), Twinkle Stars Passport/Journal ($12 value)

Tuition:

• One 30 min class/week = $50.00/month
• One 45 min class/week = $60.00/month
• One hour class/week = $70.00/month

Additional classes/siblings receive a $10 discount per class

ART TUITION (2024-2025 Season)

Art Registration: $69/student. Annual fee covers your registration fee ($69 value) and all art supplies needed for class. ($200 Value)  (Total Value: $269)

Tuition:

• One 30 min class/week = $50.00/month
• One 45 min class/week = $60.00/month
• One hour class/week = $70.00/month

Additional classes/siblings receive a $10 discount per class

HOMESCHOOL DANCE/ART LAB

Annual Registration: $69/family.

Tuition:

Rate is per class, regardless of class length.

• One class/week=$35 month
• Family Unlimited Cap-5 Classes/week=$175 month

YOGA/FITNESS

Tuition:

Rate is per class, regardless of class length. Punch cards expire 6 months from purchase date. Mats provided, or bring your own. 

• One time drop in: $12
• 5 class punch card: $50

POLICIES

• Registration fee: DUE at time of enrollment
• Our full season runs from September-May.
• Tuition is monthly, so if your student decides dance/art is not for them, you are only required to pay for the months they are enrolled. To withdraw, you must notify us via EMAIL ONLY by the 15th of the month, or you will be charged for the next month’s tuition. Verbal notification of withdrawal will not be accepted.
• Monthly payment is not related to the number of classes in the month. Class days allowing for holidays, inclement weather and occasional instructor illness are built into our yearly calendar and will not be prorated. Short months (2-3 weeks) will be charged the same tuition as long months (4-5 weeks).
• Tuition must be paid in full before the 5th of every month. Payments received after the 5th will incur a $10 late fee
• Tuition is paid by autopay
• Returned Check Fee $25
• All past tuition and registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

AUTOPAY

• Monthly payment is by autocharge through debit/credit or ACH. There is a convenience fee of 3.5% per transaction.
• You may choose to pay for the year in full at a 10% discount. Please email hello@danceco-op.com to arrange payment. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

• For the safety of our dancers, if we have to close for inclement weather, we will confirm our closing via email 2 hours before the first class of the day. We do NOT always follow school closings, as weather in the morning may not be the same as weather in the evening. 

DRESS CODE

• Students are required to abide by all studio dress codes, posted on our website.

STUDIO SHOWCASE

• We hold two fun and fabulous studio showcases yearly with all of our students.
• Showcase weeks are tentatively scheduled for mid December and mid May of each year. Students must wear the required full dress code to participate in the showcase.

GENERAL STUDIO RULES

• No glass bottles and only water with a screw-on lid or sports bottle.
• No peanuts, pets, or smoking.
• Please let us know if your student will be absent from class due to illness or other obligations.
• If your student is ill, please do not send them to class.
• No cell phones, smart watches , or earbuds are allowed in the class rooms at any time. 
• All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times unless they are in class.
• Please take your young student to the restroom BEFORE class begins to avoid accidents and disruptions to the class.
• Excessive tardiness in picking up your child will result in additional fees.
• No parents, friends, or siblings are allowed in the classroom at any time without explicit permission from the instructor
• Please label ALL shoes, bags, etc
